Sahil Hasan and Kartikye Mittal began by figuring out how to send small amounts of money quickly to large numbers of people around the world. They built Dots by working through the hardest payout cases, making it easier for enterprise businesses to get people paid without managing that complexity themselves.
Before Dots, Sahil built tech for athletes and worked as a machine learning engineer at Google X. As CEO, he leads Dots and works with businesses on how they pay people.
